This patient had worn down her upper and lower teeth by grinding them over the years. This produced an “older” looking smile line.	To fix this problem the upper and lower eight teeth can be bonded in order to lengthen and re-contour them for a much more youthful appearance.

Problems with unsightly spaces between the teeth can be resolved even without removing tooth structure.	To fix this problem bonding can be performed.

This patient wanted straighter more glamorous smile. Orthodontics (Braces) were recommended as we always feel conservative treatment should be considered first.But because of the patient commitments and personal desires other alternative was proposed.	A combination of porcelain veneers and full porcelain crowns can be done to straighten the teeth and create a beautiful smile.
PROBLEM	SOLUTION
This patient had poorly shaped broken down old bonding, covering this!!....her initial problem.	Since the shade of the patient natural teeth was so dark, masking them would prove to be tricky. To fix the problem, first the teeth had to be masked with a resin base. Then, a translucent veneer was placed over her upper ten teeth. This technique was performed to avoid opaque "chiclet" looking teeth.
